Manage Dedicated Resource Groups

Learn how to manage dedicated resource groups, modify, delete, and manage compute nodes, including viewing node monitoring and adding or deleting nodes.

Manage Dedicated Resource Groups

After the dedicated resource group is created, the platform supports users to modify, delete, and manage the resources. Additionally, users can view monitoring, add, and delete operations for the compute nodes within a resource group.

Prerequisites

  • The dedicated resource group has been created.

Modify a Resource Group

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Products and ServicesAI Computing PlatformAI Computing Platform to go to the overview page.
  3. In the left navigation bar, select Exclusive Resource Group to enter the resource group list page.
  4. Click the specified resource group and click Modify in the Operation column.
  5. In the Modify Resource Group window that pops up, enter the content to be modified and click OK.

Note

Currently, you can modify:

  • The resource group name
  • The description

Adding a New Compute Node

  1. Log in to the AI computing platform.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select Exclusive Resource Group and click the specified resource group ID to enter its details page.
  3. Click Apply for Compute Node.
    • If no computing node exists in the current resource group, configure the parameters in the pop-up window and click OK. For details, please refer to the relevant sections of Creating Resource Groups.
    • If computing nodes already exist, enter the number of nodes in the application window and click OK.

View Compute Node Monitoring

  1. Log in to the AI computing platform.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select Exclusive Resource Group and click the specified resource group ID to enter its details page.
  3. In the compute node list, click on the specified node operation column to monitor.

Deleting a Compute Node

  1. Log in to the AI computing platform.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select Exclusive Resource Group and click the specified resource group ID to enter its details page.
  3. In the compute node list, click Delete in the Action column of the specified node.
  4. If everything is correct, click OK in the pop-up window.

Deleting a Resource Group

  1. Log in to the AI computing platform.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select Exclusive Resource Group to enter the resource group list page.
  3. Click the specified resource group and click Delete in the Operation column.
  4. If everything is correct, click OK in the pop-up window.

Notice

The compute nodes in the resource group will also be deleted at the same time.
