Save the Image

Introduction

This document describes how to save container instance system disk files as images on the AI computing platform.

Prerequisites

The container instance has been created successfully and the status is running or 已完成.

Procedure

1. Log in to the management console.

2. In the top navigation bar, click Products and Services > AI Computing Platform > AI Computing Platform to go to its Overview page.

3. In the left navigation bar, select Container Instances. The container instance list page is displayed by default.

4. In the row for the specified container instance, choose Actions > Save Image.

5. In the Save Image window that pops up, configure various parameters and click OK.

   Parameter	Description
   Mirror Repository	- If the user has created a custom image, click Existing Image Repository and select the specified image. - If there is no custom image on the current platform, the user needs to click Create New Image Repository and enter the image name.
   Label	The label of the current image, which is user-defined and must be globally unique.

6. The image will be saved in the custom image repository. Users can view it by selecting Resource Management > Image Repository in the left navigation bar and selecting the custom image. The successfully saved image can be used to create a container instance.

   Notice:
   Larger images may take a little longer, so please be patient.
